KFM’s mission is to make a positive social impact by supporting families experiencing relational and financial stress. These problems can adversely impact all family members and weaken their social ties, which can spill over into the community.

Tiffani Davis
President of the Board & Co-Founder
Tiffani Davis is the board president and co-founder of Kingdom Family Ministry. She aims to empower families with the tools and resources they need to thrive in today's challenging economy. Tiffani has been a licensed minister for over two decades. During that time, she has had the privilege of spreading the Word of God throughout the United States and on international platforms. She has written two Amazon best-selling books to uplift people through their darkest hours.

Tiffani has worked as a college director, owned a counseling service, and has been a sociology professor for over twenty years. Her experience working in the community has given her valuable insights into the devastating spiritual, emotional, and physical impact of food and housing insecurities on families. Through the mission of KFM, Tiffani hopes to prevent social maladies like these from affecting any more families.

Kevin Gunnells
Vice President
Kevin Gunnells is an accomplished businessman, author, and ordained minister. He is committed to serving
his community and teaches residents in underdeveloped areas about wealth building and entrepreneurship.
Kevin also invests a lot of his time mentoring youth. His passion is to help youth avoid the mistakes that can lead them down the wrong path. Kevin's talents and passion are an asset to Kingdom Family Ministry.

Robert Stewart
Treasurer
Having Robert Stewart serve as the Kingdom Family Ministry treasurer is an honor and privilege. With 33 years of service at ExxonMobil, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the board. Not only has he had a successful career, but he remains an active member of his community. Robert has mentored in the Students Need A Pat and A Push program at Calvert Elementary in Houston, Texas, for ten years. He is also an active member of Anointed Faith Family church, where he serves in various roles. His dedication to helping others is an inspiration to us all.

Dr. Irene Briggs
Board Member at Large
Dr. Irene Briggs was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She and her two sons moved to the Tomball/NW Houston area in November 1989. Despite many challenges she had to overcome, she loves Houston and knows God planted her there for His purpose and calling.
In 2005, the Holy Spirit opened the door for Irene to apply and graduate with a master's degree in organizational leadership studies at Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA. In 2007, she was accepted into the doctoral program at Regent University and earned a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Coaching in 2011. The coaching aspect of her degree is the heart of her calling for God’s Kingdom. She enjoys listening to people and learning about their life stories.
Her employment in higher education institutions encompasses over 40+ years, including an aviation school in San Antonio, Tomball College, Houston Baptist University, and now Lone Star College-Tomball. She currently serves as Coordinator III, for the Title III STEM Grant Program for LSC-Tomball’s Science Center.
Irene loves spending quality time with her family, grandchildren, co-workers, and the church community. As a newly elected KFM board member, she looks forward to serving the community and inspiring people to recognize their value and worth.

Nicole Martin
Secretary
Nicole Harper inspires everyone involved in Kingdom Family Ministry and is a vital board member. She's been a special education teacher for over 20 years and has exemplified dedication and compassion in her field. Nicole has inspired numerous students and colleagues throughout her distinguished career. She is a loving and supportive force in the lives of her family and friends, and her kind spirit is genuinely infectious. Nicole's desire to foster children in need reflects her commitment to providing a nurturing home for those who require it most.

Tremaine Gipson
Board Member at Large
The dedicated board behind Kingdom Family Ministry includes Tremaine Gipson. Tremaine is an accomplished professional who has been serving in the healthcare industry for several years. He is currently the Vice President of Operations at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest Hospital and holds the position of Co-Chief Staffing Officer and Ethics and Compliance Officer.
Tremaine’s diverse career in the healthcare industry started from humble beginnings as a housekeeper in environmental services. Throughout his career, he worked in various capacities, including operations, human resources, and support roles. Tremaine is quite an adventurer who enjoys surfing and spending quality time with his family. He is also passionate about mentoring and helping others.

Wilbert Davis
Board Member At Large & Co-Founder
Wil Davis has made a name for himself in his career in law enforcement and retired from the military and the Department of Justice. He is currently serving as director of security at a Houston hospital. Wil, a licensed minister, has demonstrated his heart for connecting, growing, and mentoring people by working in various disciplines in ministry, including youth and young adult and marriage ministries, for over 20 years.

Wil is also the facilitator of an online Bible study group that meets three times a week. The group, Fan Into Flame, is entering it's fourth year.
